Official Travel Documentation 1. Role as an Intermediary
ChitrakootYatra.com acts strictly as an aggregator and facilitator connecting pilgrims/tourists with independent local service providers (including but not limited to Taxi Drivers, Hotel Owners, Priests, and Tour Guides).
We do not own, operate, or control the vehicles, accommodations, or other services provided. Therefore, the contract of service is ultimately between the Client and the Third-Party Vendor.

2. Limitation of Liability
Warning: Assumption of Risk
By booking through us, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks. ChitrakootYatra.com shall NOT be held liable for:
- Any personal injury, accident, death, or sickness occurring during the trip.
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal baggage or property.
- Delays or itinerary changes caused by vehicle breakdown, traffic, or driver conduct.
In the event of a road accident or vehicle mishap, any compensation claims must be directed to the vehicle’s insurance provider and the driver. The Platform has no legal liability in such occurrences.
3. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, government restrictions, or strikes.
4. Medical Fitness & Conduct
Chitrakoot is a pilgrimage site involving walking (Parikrama) and uneven terrain. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure they are medically fit for the journey. We reserve the right to deny service to any individual whose conduct is deemed dangerous or disrespectful to the sanctity of the holy site or our staff.
5. Payment & Third-Party Disputes
Any disputes regarding the quality of hotel rooms, food, or driver behavior should be settled on the spot with the respective service provider. While we will assist in mediation to ensure guest satisfaction, we are not legally bound to refund amounts paid to third-party vendors once the service has commenced.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chitrakoot / Satna.
